All of our USDA choice meats are slow cooked with a combination of apple & hickory woods. Our sides and desserts are made fresh in-house. Whether it's a corporate outing, casual wedding reception, family cookout or tailgating, we're confident that your guests will experience true Southern hospitality.
TYPES OF SERVICE
PICK UP SERVICE
Food served in reheatable/disposable containers. There is a $500 minimum for orders to be picked up outside of our normal business hours.
DROP OFF SERVICE
Food will be prepared and dropped off at your desired location. All food will be delivered in disposable containers that will allow reheating. A minimum of $500 must be ordered. There will be a $50 delivery fee for up to 10 miles. A $3/mile fee will be added for deliveries beyond 10 miles
SET UP SERVICE
Food will be prepared, delivered, and set up for service at your location. All food will be delivered in disposable containers that allow for reheating. A minimum of $500 must be ordered. There is a $75 delivery/set up fee for up to 10 miles. A $3/mile fee will be added for service beyond 10 miles.
CHAFING DISHES WITH STERNOS ARE AVAILABLE FOR $10 FOR THE ABOVE SERVICE OPTIONS
COOK ON SITE SERVICE
We bring our mobile smoker to your site and prepare everything while your guests can enjoy the aromas of true Southern barbecue. This makes for an exciting and fun experience. With this option, one server maintains and cleans up the buffet. One cook is also included for 4 hours.
Cook on-site fee:
$500 plus the cost of food. Includes one cook & one server for 4 hours. The clock begins when we leave the restaurant & ends when we return. A minimum of $1000 must be ordered. The menu is to be selected from our "Smokestack Buffets" portion of the Catering Menu.
